Hello everyone!
Sam here. We’re back with another behind-the-scenes update as we get closer to hitting the winter season. If you read our last Store Update, you’ll know we’ve been hard at work getting everything ready, and today we’re excited to share a quick update.
Since our last update, our materials have finally arrived, and production has officially kicked into high gear. We’re busy producing more hand warmers for the upcoming season, making sure we’re ready for the autumn and winter seasons.
We’re producing our biggest batch yet, so it’s taking a bit longer than it normally would, but at the moment we’re aiming to start takingreservations by late Augustif all goes well. More on that as we get closer to the date.

Here’s where we cut the raw materials into a rough shape of the hand warmer.
And here’s the semi-finished product before we attach the control knob and start finishing things up for packaging.
This season, we’re adding extra stitching along the edges of our hand warmers. It’s a small change that will make a big difference in durability, helping ensure even more cozy workdays ahead.
We’re still waiting to hear back from HMRC regarding our updated VAT number. We know this process feels slow, and we really appreciate your patience. Once we get the green light, we’ll be ready to take new orders again.
