Shipping & Delivery

Nothing! Shipping is 100% free.

Once we get your order, we'll work hard to ship it out within 24-48 hours (orders placed on Friday or the weekend may take longer to ship as the courier does not pickup on weekends).

As soon as your order is sent, your tracking number will be automatically sent to you.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail from Louth, England and normally take 1-2 business days to arrive.

Australian orders are sent with Australia post from Brisbane, Australia and normally take 4-6 business days to arrive.

Shortly after your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email that will contain your order tracking information. Please be aware that in some cases the tracking information can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

Firstly, don't worry. We won't let you miss out.

The courriers state delivery should take 2-14 business days. However, sometimes things can go wrong and cause delivery to take a bit longer.

If your item hasn't been delivered within 14 days, please contact us and we'll launch an investigation.

Currently we only ship to (and from) Australia and the UK.

No. We ship UK orders from the UK and Australian orders from Australia. This means there's no customs or import fees.

Returns & Exchanges

The most important thing to us is that you are 100% happy with your order. We aren't just saying this. We really mean it. Without happy and satisfied customers we wouldn't be able to keep doing what we're passionate about - helping you perform your best.

If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right. This may include:

- Helping you to return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund;

- Sending out a free replacement if you order is damaged in transit;

- Providing a partial refund if your purchase isn't what you expected, but you'd like to keep it; or

-Anything else we need to do to ensure you have a fantastic experience with heatka and are 100% satisfied!

Generally 30 days, but we aren't super strict with it. We really want you to have a fantastic experience with us (even if you decide you no longer want your order). So we'll tend to bend over backwards to help you out.

If it's still new and unopened, yeah no problem. Just contact us for the return instructions.

If it's used or there's an issue with it, we'll still look after you. Contact us to talk about it.

Send us proof of you sending it back (like a shipping receipt) and we can immediately begin the exchange or refund process.

As soon as we process it, your funds leave our account. From there, it normally takes 2-5 business days for your bank to process the incoming refund.

Payment

Your privacy and security is our highest priority. Our website is developed on the Shopify platform - which is used by over 1,000,000 other businesses worldwide. We use Shopify payments to process your payment, which is highly encrypted and secure.

Card, Paypal and afterpay (afterypay only available in Australia).

Currently we offer Afterpay for Australian orders.

Head to the checkout and, on the first page, there will be a box for you to enter your discount code. Simply enter it there and click 'Apply'.

Please note, you can only use one discount code per order.
